God of peace and mercy, we turn to You with hearts burdened by the violence that afflicts our world. In places where conflict reigns and fear prevails, we seek Your calming presence.
Lord, look upon those who suffer from the ravages of war and violence. Comfort the broken-hearted, heal the wounded, and protect the innocent. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, descend upon those regions torn by strife.
Grant wisdom and compassion to leaders and decision-makers, that they may pursue paths of reconciliation and justice. Inspire us all to be instruments of Your peace, sowing seeds of love and understanding in our communities.
We trust in Your divine providence, O Lord, knowing that even in the darkest times, Your light shines brightly. Guide us towards a future where harmony and goodwill prevail.
